vicky and rory were friendly hosts. the location is near the winter gardens (the location suited my needs perfectly). the room was basic but clean. i found the value for money to be good.
the mini fridge made a bit of noise.

The location was really convenient. It was close to many attractions. The hosts, Vicky and Rory, were very friendly. The room had a mini-fridge and en-suite, very useful amenities.
The room looked a bit dated. I noticed some peeling wallpaper. The mattress was quite thin. It reminded me of sleeping on a board. I also noticed dampness patches on the roof.

The location was excellent with a car park nearby. It used a pay and display system. vicky was helpful and pleasant. the room was basic but clean and tidy. it included an en-suite toilet and shower.
The room size was small. the beds were uncomfortable. I could not get a good night's rest. the wifi did not work. the bathroom was noisy when i turned the light on, and the mini fridge was noisy too.

The owners were very helpful. they gave good advice on places to eat. the location is perfect. It is just a couple of minutes to winter gardens. (i really enjoyed this benefit).
